Ruban Production MRP System

The Ruban Production MRP System is a production management system designed for small and medium system-furniture and cabinet manufacturers. It covers fast part breakdown and quotation, production scheduling and panel and hardware material calculation, and works together with purchasing, inventory and shipping-check systems for end-to-end production control. It also connects upward to SketchUp, providing a SketchUp module for designers: when production parameters change, quotations and work orders can be reissued immediately without repeating the part breakdown. Once Ruban is in place, every order and production figure lives in one system, so managers can handle several tasks at once without worrying about missing material or re-keying data into Excel to produce reports.
